Privacy policy

This policy covers account.sukuri.win, the Sukuri launcher and software, and the Sukuri Discord bot. Send questions and requests to admin@sukuri.win.
What we collect
- Discord sign-in: your Discord ID, username, avatar and email address, and whether Discord has verified that email. We request only the identify and email scopes.
- Orders: plan, price, payment status and order history. Stripe or BTCPay Server processes the payment; we never receive full card numbers.
- Security records: IP address, approximate location, and browser and connection details when you sign in or use your account.
- Launch checks: when you start Sukuri software, the launcher reports your Windows version, device make and model, and running programs and services, so we can check the launch is safe and the license stays on one device.
- Software sessions: heartbeats, diagnostics and logs while the software runs, and configs you save to your account.
- Support diagnostics, only after you approve a support session.
- Discord server: your membership roles and the bot commands you send.
How we use it
To run your account and membership, process orders, deliver and update the software, keep each license on one device, prevent fraud and account sharing, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Who receives it
- Discord, for sign-in and server roles. The member list on our home page loads from Discord, so Discord sees your IP address.
- Stripe and BTCPay Server, for payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and counts visits without cookies.
- proxycheck.io, which receives only your IP address when VPN and proxy checks are on.
- OpenRouter, which receives pseudonymized security records, without names, emails, account IDs or IP addresses, for launch risk reviews.
Cookies and storage
A sign-in cookie on api.sukuri.win keeps you signed in. The sukuri-use and sukuri-product cookies remember which page and product you use most, so the site opens them first. Your theme choice stays in your browser. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Security records, launch checks and session history: 30 days. Account and order records: while your account exists, and longer where accounting or legal duties require.
Your choices
Email admin@sukuri.win to access, correct or delete your information. We keep order records the law requires. You can remove Sukuri from Authorized Apps in your Discord settings at any time.
Changes
When our data handling changes, we update this page and its date.
